Upon full payment, ownership of the completed project transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed. Abronix Technologies reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, required content, approvals, and timely feedback necessary for project completion.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information shared during project execution.
Abronix Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services due to non-payment, misuse, abuse, or prolonged inactivity.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Gujarat.
